Memorandum of Understanding Between the Palestinian Maintenance Fund and the Ministry of Transport and Communications

On Wednesday, April 24, 2013, the Palestinian Maintenance Fund (PMF) and the Ministry of Transport and Communications signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Ministry’s headquarters in Ramallah. The agreement aims to strengthen mutual cooperation and uphold the principles of partnership, transparency, and institutional integrity, in service of the nation and citizens, and in protection of public funds.

The signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Ali Zidan Abu Zuhri, Minister of Transport and Communications, Attorney Fatima Al-Mu’aqqit, Director General of the Palestinian Maintenance Fund, Mr. Jamal Qassem, PMF Board Member, as well as representatives from the Fund’s partner institutions.
